Robotic Coating Machine

Robotic coating machine is used to coat rubber parts and has three working stations. In the first station, operator loads and unloads the profiles. In the next one a robot sprays primer and coat material on profile surface and the last one is  an IR oven which is used to cure coated profiles. Using a robot in the second station has various benefits including:

·        Operator protection from chemical material contamination

·        Increased manufacturing capacity

·        Uniform coating

·        Reduction in material use



       

Thermoforming Machine

In thermoforming process, the part is heated and cooled to be formed into the specified shape. Thermoforming machine is designed to form multi-layer fuel hoses. Operator loads the hoses in the embedded location then a series of under control operations are imposed to the hoses to stabilize the form of the part.       

Stretch Bending Machine

Stretch bending machine is employed in automotive industry to stretch and bend rigid profiles with or without steel reinforcement. Two grippers hold the profile from each end, then the machine does the operations of stretching and bending the profile. Finally, the stretched and bent profile is cut to its final length.

During the stretching and bending processes, the main consideration is minimum damage to the profile surface and reaching non-distorted cross-section.

       

Batch-off Machine

Batch-off machine consists of several sections. First rubber sheet is fed into the machine. After being cooled by a festoon rack, it is pulled on the feeding conveyor. Feeding conveyor moves cooled rubber sheet through cutting section onto stacking equipment. It is put on palette with wig-wag stacking movement and when given weight of stacked rubber sheet is achieved, full palette is replaced by empty one. Weighing and stacking procedures are done automatically.
